Our HomesFund Homebuyer Education Class covers the process of homebuying, including Budgeting, Real Estate, Lending, Insurance and Inspections. We also go over the programs for down payment assistance as offered by HomesFund. The class is from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. There will be a 15-minute break in the morning, an hour lunch, and a 15-minute break in the afternoon. We will have hand sanitizer available.
