Partnerships are the lifeblood of a thriving and vibrant community. HomesFund is so very fortunate to have these great partnerships in place. These are the organizations and people who are passionate about the dream of homeownership for all, and we cannot thank them enough for all they do for us and for those we serve.
We are especially grateful to BP, who provided the HomesFund a $1.25 million start-up grant. With that seed, the HomesFund has grown into a $12.4 million loan fund and assisted over 1700 families to achieve homeownership through pre-purchase counseling, homebuyer education and down payment assistance.
