The HomesFund HomeBuyer Education Class  covers the process for home buying, including Budgeting, Real Estate, Lending, Insurance and Inspections.  We also go over the programs for down payment assistance as offered by HomesFund.  The class is from 8:30 am to 4:30pm with morning and afternoon 15-minute breaks and a 1-hour lunch break.

Masks will be required while in the classroom.  We will have hand sanitizer available.

Child and Pet care will not be provided, so please plan accordingly.  Please do not bring children or pets to class.

There is a $15.00 materials fee for the workbook that is referred to throughout the class and that you get to take home. Only one workbook per household is needed however you can purchase as many as you would like. You will be required to pay this fee through PayPal at registration, and will receive your workbook the day of class.

Please arrive early for check-in. Class is closed for check-in by 8:40 am.  You are required to attend all sections in order to receive a certificate. If something comes up and you are not able to attend please call the office at (970) 259-1418 or email info@HomesFund.org  to let us know.
