Our HomesFund Homebuyer Education Class covers the process of homebuying, including Budgeting, Real Estate, Lending, Insurance, and Inspections. We also go over the programs for down payment assistance as offered by HomesFund. The class is from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. There will be a 15-minute break in the morning, an hour’s lunch, and a 15-minute break in the afternoon. You will receive an email a few days before the class with an agenda and a map to the building/classroom.

There is a $15.00 materials fee for the workbook that you get to take home. Only one workbook per household is needed however you can purchase as many as you like. You will be required to pay this fee through PayPal at registration and will receive your workbook on the day of class.

Child and Pet care will not be provided, so please plan accordingly.  Please do not bring children or pets to class.

Please arrive early for check-in. Class is closed to registration by 8:40 am.
