What Can I Expect when I meet with a Homeownership Advisor?

HomesFund’s expert team provides free one-on-one home purchase advisement to prospective homebuyers. During the initial confidential meeting, we will discuss your homeownership goals, review your current financial situation, discuss mortgage loan options and the pros and cons to each option, and answer any questions you may have regarding the homebuying process. Plan on spending about one hour in your initial advisement session. You will leave with a clear understanding of your next steps to achieve your goal of homeownership.
Our homeownership advisors are available to meet with you as frequently as you like to help you prepare for homeownership, achieve your goals, and move through the home buying process. We are also available to provide advice after you move in.

In order to schedule a homeownership advisement session, you will first need to complete and submit our application. You can find the application online.
